You Will
- Workday HCM Dashboard reporting and visualization including design.
- Help us launch Workday's People Analytics Module (AI delivered module)
- Update current D&I dashboards/insights to match revised Office of Inclusion and Diversity targets/priorities
- Modify existing HCM Dashboards to support ongoing data requests.
- Create Workday HR reporting/dashboards.
- An effective communicator and a collaborative team player
- A quick learner and curious by nature and you take consultative approach to work
- Flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- HR Background/Experience (required)
- Strong analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking capability
- Workday expertise and ability to advise on best practices
- Experience with Workday Report Writer/Dashboarding, Prism (a plus)
- Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization tools) required
- Experience with Alteryx is a plus.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency (advanced Excel)
